Liz from Ideal Conveyancing was fantastic every step of the way along our 11 month search for a new home. She was knowledgeable and responsive when answering our questions. When we inadvertently offered settlement terms which would complete the sale between the Christmas-New Year shut down she took everything in hand, was organised, and even did the last minute negotiation with our bank to make the process as smooth as possible for us so we could get into our new home on schedule.
