Widely recognised and respected in the industry, Angie commenced her career as a Law Clerk and then in 2000 opened her first Conveyancing firm. She has over 35 years’ experience in the property and conveyancing industry and is a Licensed  Conveyancer.

You can be highly confident that you’re receiving the very best advice and support as you complete one of the most important transactions in life – buying or selling your property.

Angie takes great pride in ensuring any barriers are overcome throughout the conveyancing process, to ensure your settlement happens as planned and on time.

Keeping you advised throughout the process is also a high priority for Angie – she has an intimate understanding of the key steps and your need to be informed along the way.

In Angie’s spare time you’ll most likely find her enjoying time with family and friends. A keen traveller, Angie also loves to discover new places and cultures around the world as well as at home in Australia.

Liz has been working in both the property and private client areas of law for the last 30 years. She has focussed solely on Conveyancing since 2010.

She understands the importance of pro-active communication, with clients and all stakeholders in a property transaction to ensure a stress-free transaction and settlement for her client.

Liz has worked in both large Law Firms and Sole Practitioner businesses covering all areas of property transfers and conveyancing. She joined Ideal Conveyancing in January 2022 assisting her clients with all types of property transactions from first home buyers to investors, retirees, matrimonial transfers and SMSF sales and purchases and has made herself an integral part of the team.

Liz spends her spare time, with her partner and their busy family of 5, catching up with family and friends. Liz is finishing her Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing at the National Business Institute of Australia.

Cindy is a Licensed Conveyancer and has been working in the Conveyancing industry for 28 years.  Sixteen of those years were operating her own conveyancing business.

Cindy has also worked in the real estate and banking industries which has allowed her to provide clients with a broad knowledge base of all areas of the conveyancing practice.

Cindy joined Ideal Conveyancing over a year ago and is happy to assist clients with any conveyancing matter.  She has a vast knowledge of the PEXA electronic settlement system and has had extensive dealings with banks and agents over the years.

During her spare time, she likes to spend time with her husband and friends and does enjoy going to the odd winery.

Lauren has over 17 years experience in the legal and conveyancing sectors. Having previously worked in law firms and with a background in legal administration, she joined the team at Ideal Conveyancing in February 2023.

Lauren understands the process of buying and selling property can be stressful. Through her excellent attention to detail and understanding of the conveyancing process, she aims to ensure a smooth and straightforward experience for you, from the moment you engage our services, all the way through to settlement.

In her spare time, Lauren can be found spending time with friends and family. She enjoys exploring the best of Victoria’s gin distilleries and is a passionate Collingwood supporter!
